    Chinese People’s Anti-Japanese Military and Political University was moved from Wayaobao in the north of Shannxi Province to Jiangshuitown in Xingtai city. The newly-built exhibition hall of the university is set in Qiannanyu bvllage,Jiangshui town, with a surging river on the north, Mount Taihang on the south. The magnificent building is made up of bluestones, simple but solemn. It is a relatively large-scale anti-Japanese theme gallery of Chinese People’s Anti-Japanese Military and Political University.
        On the lintel of the exhibition hall hangs an inscribed board by general Yang Chengwu. The gallery consists of a lobby, a theme hall and a west exhibition hall. In the middle of the lobby lies a black granite tablet engraved with golden preface. Among the preface the most noticeable is the educational policy set by Chairman Mao Zedong for Chinese People’s Anti-Japanese Military and Political University: Sticking to the right political direction, the plain working style, and the flexible strategy and tactics. Equally prominent is the university motto: unity, alertness, conscientiousness, liveliness.On the front wall hang pictures of school flag and school gate of Chinese People’s Anti-Japanese Military and Political University. On the east and west wall hang the military song of the Eighth Route Army and school song of the University respectively, which make the exhibition hall solemn and dignified.
        The hall shows how the heroic people of the Mount Taihang, since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, inherited and carried forward the glorious tradition of the University to utilize natural resources and transform the environment, and how the old revolutionary base is changed since the reform and opening up with each passing day.”
