Recently, Xi Jinping made important instructions on combating the crime of telecom network fraud, stressing that we should adhere to the people-centered, coordinate development and security, strengthen the system concept and a rule-of- law culture in guiding our thinking. We should focus on the original and comprehensive governance. We shall insist working together to be responsible for management and prevent and treat by the crowds. We should also urge the regulators of sectors including finance, telecommunications, and the internet to shoulder primary responsibilities. We shall stressed the need to improve the system of laws, public awareness and international cooperation to eliminate the high incidences of such crimes. New and greater contributions should be made to usher in a new stage in building a peaceful China and rule of law.
