Wang Diaobing, a 32-year-old auxiliary police in Yajiang Village, Shuidongjiang Town, Shaodong City, Hunan Province, died on January 30th following a sudden illness during his devotion to the first-line pandemic-preventing for days.
Wang Diaobing kept working in the frontline of pandemic prevention and control after he got his assignment. He was always rushing between the monitoring point in Shuidongjiang Town and the Yajiang Village day in and day out, delivering pandemic-preventing leaflets to every household, and recording information of returnees. On the morning of January 30th, though workmates persuaded him to take a rest, Wang Diaobing was still on his duty. On that afternoon, he rushed to collect information of returnees. Wang didn’t stopped for a rest until his work mates’ persistent persuasion. Unfortunately Wang rested in peace on that night,
There is no confirmed case of the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) in Yajiang Village up to now because of their proper protective measures.
