On January 4, 2021, 41-year-old Razini Bayka jumped into an ice hole to save a child from drowning in Kashgar. With joint efforts of people, the child was rescued successfully, however Razini Bayka died heroically.

    On January 29, the reporter learned from the Ministry of Veterans Affairs of PRC that Regional Autonomous Government identified Razini Baika as a martyr, and the application of relevant pension and consolation for the martyr and his family members has been processed in accordance with the procedure.

    Razini Bayka was a member of the CPC, a deputy to the NPC, a national model worker, a national model of patriotic support for the army, and a border guard in Kashgar, Xinjiang.
