On April 28th, the member of the Standing Committee of the Politburo of the CPC and Chinese Vice-Premier，Han Zheng， went to Xiongan New Area for investigation, presided over the leading group meeting of Coordinated Development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Region and remarked.

Han Zheng emphasized that we should make the goal and guiding ideology clear of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Coordinated Development. Whether to research macro issues or to plan micro projects，we should always firmly grasp the key points of relieving Beijing’s non-capital functions. We should implement and improve policies on education, health care, social security, housing and increase the attraction of Xiongan New Area to relieved units and individuals. We should promote project construction strictly as planned. We should respect the law of project construction, insist on putting quality in first place, make speed subordinate to quality and avoid potential security risks.
